It is easiest to change rights of writing (CHMOD 666) of a text file by means of an FTP client. The instructions below apply for Total Commander, but options of CHMOD parameter change are present in most ftp clients. In turn:

1. Connect to the server and select file linkuj.txt.
2. Select from the menu: File/Change Attributes
3. In the number window insert 666 and click OK
