 Registration of a new user
Regulamin:
- Using www.linkujpro.pl service is completely free of charge.
- Through registration users of the service accept to be bound by the present Regulations.
- Service users commit themselves not to change files needed for system installation, and they are committed to do their best in order that the service may work correctly on their pages.
- Adding links and pages which refer to sex or illegal software or others which are not in compliance with the Polish law or commonly approved public morals is prohibited.
- Links provided by LinkujPRO.pl must be visible beyond any doubt on the user?s website, the minimum font size being 9 pixels.
- Links added by the user ought to be tasteful and legible. They may not be starting with a capital letter or contain special characters such as [ | ]@!#$%^&*()_+{}:;.
- The user?s website must be readable by the most popular search engines (especially by Google.pl) and at least half of the entire amount of the service pages ought to be indexed.
- The user?s website must comply with the regulations of the most popular search engines.
- Websites being copies of other websites, including copies of DMOZ catalogues, wikipedia or others which according to LinkujPRO.pl administrator are not valuable to the system ? will be discarded without a possibility of adding them anew.
- The system administrator does not bear responsibility for possible faulty function of the system or errors in the system, however he commits himself to do his best in order that the system can function correctly.
- In case of fraud detection, detection of any attempt to manipulate the system files or other actions contrary to the present Regulations, the administrator reserves the right to take all necessary measures including closure of the user?s account and banning his service.
- Winning new users with the help of the Partner Program can only take place by means of placing a link or banner on the user?s website (in case of detection of mailing the user?s account will be banned).
- It is forbidden for one person to have several accounts in LinkujPRO.pl, especially mutual recommendation for the purpose of gaining points from PP is not allowed. In case of detection of such actions all points gained from PP will be deleted, in extreme cases the user?s account may be locked.
- The service administrator reserves the right to utilise the email address database for the purpose of informing users of matters concerning LinkujPRO.pl system, news and other topics connected with web pages promotion in search engines.
- The service administrator commits himself not to make LinkujPRO.pl user email address database available to third persons.
- The service administrator reserves the right to remove empty user accounts (that is accounts with no points or links).
- The system administrator reserves the right to remove services which arouse a suspicion that they artificially generate sub pages with a view to accumulating points in LinkujPRO.pl.
- It is forbidden to use markers which disable making copies of the user?s website by google.pl search engine.
- LinkujPRO.pl users utilize the service at their own responsibility, the administrator is not responsible for any damages arising from using the system.
- The service administrator reserves the right for final interpretation of the present Regulations
- The service administrator reserves the right to alter the present Regulations.
